More Pics

The amount of pictures and likes that have come through since the page started (only a week ago!) is immense and we want to thank everyone who is supporting us in promoting the #HeForShe campaign in Nottingham. Here is another shout out to Emily Baggaley for her picture as well.

This is a small section of one massive project that needs more than visual support for gender equality around the globe. This is a Male AND Female campaign so we need help from both sides. It's not about superiority - it's about thinking of gender as one thing, not two separate groups. If you're female and want to support the campaign, keep doing what you're doing - men too! But please also sign up to the #HeForShe website and take action - do more than just watch at http://www.heforshe.org/ #HeForSheRedhill

Support Is Growing in RedHill

More support has reached us! Thank you to Jazmin Brain and don't forget to keep the pics coming in! #HeForShe Redhill

Not One Country Has Achieved Gender Equality

Through the Global Gender Gap Report 2014, the World Economic Forum quantifies the magnitude of gender-based disparities and tracks their progress over time. While no single measure can capture the complete situation, the Global Gender Gap Index presented in this Report seeks to measure one important aspect of gender equality: the relative gaps between women and men across four key areas: health, education, economy and politics.

Media's Influence On Young Girls

Mia age 4 explaining why she got into moms makeup bag:

https://youtu.be/ineYThaEC6o

This is a comical video however, she shouldn't have to wear make-up at this age to help her think that she is pretty. We all know what the media's interpration of beautiful is but what's yours?
